Harvest By hand to small cases of 20 kg
Vinification Pressing. Decantation and fermentation of skins in stainless steel vats at temperature of 14║ C. Aging in stainless steel vats.
Alcohol 13,5% Vol.
Tasting Notes Crystalline pink colour. Fresh aroma with a smooth hint of fruit. In the mouth it is richer in fruit and in tannin, where the acidity balances well with the sugars making it an extremely pleasant wine. A long and elegant finish.
