Harvest By hand to small cases of 20 kg
Vinification Fermentation on skins with maceration in stainless steel vats at temperature of 22º C. Pressing. Some of the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Alcohol 13,5% Vol.
Tasting Notes Intense and deep red/purple colour. Good intensity aromatic disclosing to the mature fruit and the vanilla of the wood. On the palate it is harmonious and complex. Full-body wine with fine and well balanced tanning that give a good structure and complexity. A long and elegant finish.
